Thousands of protesters marched on the Presidential Palace through the Alameda, clashing with police who used chemical water cannons which caused scars and burns on several hundred demonstrators. Several dozen protesters were also injured by police, with a few possibly suffering concussions from being slammed against a wall by a water cannon.

Hundreds to thousands of demonstrators marched in Lagos at the Tejuosho Area of Yaba, in what many call a 2nd wave of #EndSARS protests. Many mothers of victims of the Lekki Toll Gate Massacre participated in the demonstration, condemning a lack of action by the government in finding the perpetrators.
Dozens of protesters continued demonstrations in St. Paul after the nonfatal shooting of a black man by 4 police officers, stating that other methods of de-escalation should have been used. Demonstrators marched to the still-barricaded St. Paul Police Department headquarters, with speakers including Soren Stevenson who lost an eye after being shot with a rubber bullet by Minneapolis PD.
