Hundreds of protesters gathered in the Bonilla district Antofagasta to protest for the resignation of Chilean President Sebastian Piñera and amnesty for all political prisoners of the 18th of October Uprising. Police responded with heavy-handed repression, using chemically-tainted water cannons against demonstrators and firing tear gas and rubber bullets towards the crowd.

Indian farmers on the road to Delhi continued their protests, clashing with police who attempted to barricade the border. Peasants at the border of Bajpur drove tractors through the police line, forcing it to open, and Maharashtra farmers at the Shahjahanpur border banged pots and pans against Narendra Modi during his negotiation address.
Anarchists in the western Greek city of Agrinio (Agrinio-Acarnania Municipality) dropped a banner in solidarity with the imprisoned comrade Errol, a French anarchist deported from Greece on many set-up charges by the government, including terrorism and participation in outlawed groups.
Dozens of protesters gathered in Portland on the anniversary of the public execution of 38 Dakota men in Mankato by the Lincoln administration in 1862, condemning the largest one-day mass execution in American history. Demonstrators gave speeches at a small monument to Thomas Jefferson before dispersing.
