The Rouvikonas anarchist collective in Athens launched paint attacks against several tax offices in the Nikaia, Kypseli, Galatsi, Zografou and Maroussi neighborhoods against a bankruptcy code that the conservative-leading government is attempting to pass in the name of dealing with the economic crisis of Greece.
Hundreds of public sector workers in Iraqi Kurdistan went on strike after the government stated it would only give 1 more monthly paycheck with a 21% cut, following giving only 4 monthly salaries in 2020 with a 20% cut each. Government forces deployed tear gas on the striking workers and protesters, as well as firing live ammunition into the crowd and injuring many journalists.
