125 protesters marched in Portland during the new Sunday protests organized by the mother of Patrick Kimmons, a black man killed in 2018. Organizers of the demonstration called for a reopening of the case on the police killing of Kimmons, who allegedly was armed and facing away from law enforcement.

As the sun went dark, a truck attempted to run over demonstrators, before being stopped by the SPD who also surrounded the black bloc.
