Greek communists and anarchists in Athens tagged graffiti and dropped banners across the city in solidarity with AytaƧ Ćnsal, a Turkish lawyer arrested for connections to the Revolutionary People's Liberation Party/Front (DHKP-C), a Marxist-Leninist insurgent organization. He was recently released from a 13-year sentence after going on a death fast for 213 days, a week after his colleague Ebru Timtik died after 238 days.
