Hundreds of medical workers gathered outside of the Presidential Palace on Chilean President Sebastian Piñera’s birthday, demanding an expanded budget for the health sector to deal with the pandemic. They also demanded the resignation of Health Minister Enrique Paris, who has been deemed insufficient in his aid to contain the COVID pandemic.
