Hundreds of protesters gathered at the Portland suburb of Tigard following the police murder of a mentally ill man with little apparent threat to the life of the officers. Following the realization that there was no police presence at the Tigard Police Department, demonstrators began smashing up windows and attempted to breach the facility until several police cruisers rolled in.

Student protesters in Santiago at the University of Chile metro dropped a banner calling for the end of for-profit education as well as standardized testing, well-known to keep down students with less wealth. Students in Revolt Chile stated that such actions would continue, unless actions were taken to mend the broken education of the country.
Chilean protesters placed barricades on the 810th Kilometer of Route 5 in Mafil, in support of the Mapuche communities of Malleko province, where the police beat the families of a murdered activist at a border checkpoint.
Over 100 protesters returned to the streets for a march demanding justice led by the mother of Patrick Kimmons, a black man killed by Portland police in 2018. Organizers stated that their endgoal is 1,000 people on the streets every day, which would help bring a public focus back to the victims of racist police brutality.
About 150 protesters gathered in Chania in solidarity with the invaded Rosa Nera squat, chanting slogans in opposition to state repression during the pandemic, police brutality, and commercialization, as the Greek government seeks to make the squat into a public pool/spa. Demonstrators then marched to the Splantzia neighborhood before dispersing for the day.

Dozens of protesters in the Bonilla area of Antofagasta returned to the streets for a 2nd consecutive day, demanding amnesty for all political prisoners of the 18th of October Uprising. In spite of heavy repression and the Carabinero use of rubber bullets, demonstrators held strong for hours from afternoon till nightfall.
