Thousands of protesters converged on al-Haboubi Square in Nasiriyah, to protest against the Iraqi government's repression of anti-corruption activists and the implementation of a curfew in several cities. Thousands of protesters gathered in Berlin to commemorate the 102nd anniversary of the murders of Rosa Luxemburg and Karl Liebknecht, marching through the center of the city. Multiple arrests were made, as police attacked the peaceful demonstration and assaulted people with impunity.
Hundreds of protesters gathered in St. Louis to protest against Missouri senator Josh Hawley, who is widely believed to have supported and even encouraged the Capitol Insurrection that occurred on January 6. Demonstrators demanded his immediate removal from office and prosecution for supporting a seditious movement.
Thousands of antifascists gathered in New York City in opposition to a rumored MAGA event in the city, marching through Manhattan against fascism and the far right. Many noted the fact that there were more cops at the New York march than the Capitol Insurrection perpetrated by right-wingers.
