Hundreds of protesters gathered in Northeast Portland at Peninsula Park in solidarity with Kenosha, following the District Attorney decision not to charge the officer who shot Jacob Blake 7 times in the back as his kids watched. 2 arrests were made for "trespassing" including 1 member of the press, as Portland Police cleared the area to put out a dumpster fire.

Hundreds of Brazilian protesters gathered in western Rio De Janeiro, after the police murder of a 38-year old black man and father of two, who was reportedly on his way to work. Roads there were blockaded for hours, and demonstrators remained until nightfall despite confrontations with government forces.
Hundreds of Panamanian workers under the SUNTRACS trade union went on strike across the country for a day of national protest demanding salary during quarantine and food for all, including minors and students. Several confrontations occurred with police, but none ultimately resulted in arrests.
Dozens of protesters returned to the streets of Kenosha after it was decided that the police who shot Jacob Blake would not be charged with any crime, prompting hundreds of members of the National Guard to arrive on the scene. The march stayed peaceful the entire time, with Blake's father, Justin, leading it for the majority of the protest.
