40 protesters gathered in Portland for a Black Lives Matter march after the decision made by the DOJ to acquit the murderer of Tamir Rice, moving from Director Park to SW Jefferson Street and then dispersing without any arrests made. Windows were broken, buildings were spray-painted, and paintballs were fired.
