Thousands of bikers went through the National Mint, and the Costanera Center, a high-end business center, demanding the resignation of the Minister of Transportation over the negligent handling of 88 cases of bikers killed by reckless drivers. They join the increasing movement of bikers across the country demanding change, and the end to the current state of affairs.
Dozens of protesters in Concepción took to the streets to demand the abolition of police in Chile and the release of all political prisoners of the social uprising that began in 2019. Police attacked the demonstration with extremely militarized gear, using chemically tainted water cannons and tear gas against the crowd.
Dozens of protesters in Athens gathered at the local health station in the Keramikou neighborhood, demanding free food, housing, education, and healthcare for all. Despite a heavy police buildup at the public health facility, no arrests were made and demonstrators were able to hang a banner and drop leaflets.
Over 200 protesters marched across Seattle on the 6th of November, demanding the defunding of the Seattle Police Department and the abolition of ICE. The protest included testimonies from many black and Hispanic organizers, and lasted nearly 3 hours. No clashes occurred with police, as there were other demonstrations also occurring in the area.
Around 75 protesters in Portland gathered at the Justice Center for a demonstration demanding the abolition of ICE, an agency created alongside DHS in 2001 to patrol the southern border, a task marred with allegations of human rights violations and atrocities committed.
