Dozens of protesters gathered in Kyiv, Ukraine, in solidarity with demonstrations in Belarus against the dictatorial Lukashenko regime, chanting “Long live Belarus!” while marching down one of the central roads of the city.
Thousands of protesters took to the streets across Chile in support of the prisoners of the social war in Chile, including anarchists, Mapuche insurgents, and participants in the 2019 national uprising. Police attacked the demonstrations in several cities, leading to widespread clashes throughout the night.
Hundreds of public sector workers in Iraqi Kurdistan went on strike after the government stated it would only give 1 more monthly paycheck with a 21% cut, following giving only 4 monthly salaries in 2020 with a 20% cut each.
