Portland protesters marched from Elizabeth Caruthers Park to the ICE facility in Portland, then tagging some areas of the complex with graffiti. DHS agents responded directly with bullrushing the protesters, making 2 arrests in the first wave.
In a 2nd rush, the DHS agents were forced to move 2-3 blocks to find the fleeing protesters, of which one was arrested. 2 ambulances then entered the facility, in response to which protesters cursed out the feds. DHS agents went out a third time, arresting a protester who approached them to ask questions and chasing another protester and arresting them several blocks down.
