Protesters in Larisa, Patras, and Rethymno Protest for Alexis Grigoropoulos

Protesters gathered in the cities of Larisa, Rethymno, and Patras, in solidarity with murdered 15-year-old Alexis Grigoropoulos on the 6th of December 2008. Police failed to arrest people at any of the locations, making the demonstration a complete success.

35 people took to the streets in the Agios Konstantinos neighborhood in Larisa, then moving to Dougros and blocking a road before moving away after Delta riot police arrived on the scene.

Protesters in Patras arrived at the South Park, with numbers of about 50 people, marching through the city and getting away before the police arrived at any of their march locations.

Protesters in Rethymno, Crete, mainly dropped banners throughout the city, including at the Venetian castle.
