Anti-capitalists, anarchists, and left-wingers marched in Minneapolis against Trump, also condemning Biden’s lack of policies to mend the wounds of the United States. Over 300 protesters turned out, and traveled through the I-94 highway before being kettled by almost 200 police officers and state troopers.
All demonstrators were arrested after an unlawful assembly was declared and they were surrounded. Children were also taken into custody and sent to juvenile detention centers. Although all protesters were arrested, everyone was sent home with a citation after the police failed to find room to put them in.
