Protesters took to the streets in Kansas City mere hours after the grand jury ruling to let the police walk free.

Protesters across New York dropped banners for a wide variety of reasons, including rent cancellation, a 2nd stimulus, and the freeing of all prisoners of ICE held in cages in the city’s detention facility. There was also a #NoNBKPipeline banner dropped from the top of a building, to compensate for the lack of activity that has been going on against it.
Protesters took to the streets on the 13th of October to push for the abolition of ICE and its subsidiaries, with many confrontations occurring between police, DHS, and protesters. About 25 people attended the protest, 7 of which were press.
15 protesters gathered in front of the entrance to the Krome Detention Center to the west of Miami in solidarity with the detainees inside but were blocked by a heavily armed contingent of police. Demonstrators then led chants on the highway, receiving honks of support from those passing by.
