Hundreds of protesters in Kabul took to the streets against the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, denouncing both the Taliban as well as its American and Pakistani backers. Security forces fired at the demonstration with live rounds, killing an unknown number of people.
Thousands of Palestinian activists and demonstrators protested against Israeli settlement expansions in Halhoul and Ramallah, and were assaulted heavily by IDF forces, resulting in more than 25 injuries total. Several were also arrested, and they face the possibility of standing military trial.
Protesters unfurled a banner in front of the Portland ICE facility, condemning the organization and its practices as genocidal and harmful towards migrants coming through the border from Mexico. The camps have long been remarked as concentration camps for horrible treatment of detainees and poor sanitation.
