Protesters took to the streets in Washington D.C. against evictions that were going on, as well as predatory landlord practices in the city as well. Over 100 people took part, and helped stop an eviction that their route passed through.

Anarchists in Thessaloniki gathered to protest in solidarity with Dimitris Koufontinas, a former member of the 17 November revolutionary group who went on hunger strike starting on the 8th of January, demanding his transfer to the Korydallos prison in Athens which would allow him to see visitors and receive adequate medical treatment. A heavy police buildup arrived at the demonstration, detaining 7 participants without clause of arrest, later releasing them.
65 anarchists in Athens were arrested at a protest inside the Ministry of Health in solidarity with Dimitris Koufontinas, who entered a hunger strike on the 8th of January to demand his transfer to the Korydallos Prison in Athens, where he could receive better medical care and access to visitors. Demonstrators called for his demands to be accepted rather than inducing the torture of force-feeding Koufontinas.
