Dozens of protesters in Miami took to the streets to demand justice for Daunte Wright, a 20-year-old black man who was shot and killed by a police officer in the Minneapolis suburb of Brooklyn Center. Despite a large police buildup at the demonstration with officers on bikes trailing the crowd, no confrontations occurred.
