Over 100 protesters returned to the streets of Patras for a 3rd consecutive day in solidarity with the Koufontinas hunger strike, demanding the immediate satisfaction of his request to be returned to the Korydallos prison in Athens where he will again be able to see visitors.

Around 1500 women took to the streets of Rancagua on International Women’s Day, demanding an end to femicides as well as safe and legal abortions in Chile. Demonstrators converged on the local police station, clashing with police and lobbing objects into the building.
Dozens of servers, baristas, and other service workers blocked Highway 85 in Bogota to demand subsidies for their new unemployment from the Colombian government, requesting negotiations with the government for either a reopening of such spaces or a stimulus to keep workers on their feet. ESMAD (riot police units) attacked the demonstrators, beating several of them and deploying tear gas.
Dozens of anarchists gathered in Hannover for a spontaneous protest against police violence and repression on 13.12, the famous numeric version of ACAB. Police failed to arrive due to the demo being spontaneous, and many barricades were put up before protesters dispersed with no arrests occurring.
The Lebanese Army has reoccupied the ministries, and has cracked down hard on any dissent, brutalizing protesters that they find in the streets.
