Tens of thousands of protesters returned to the streets across Algeria on the 2nd anniversary of the national Hirak movement’s birth, calling for the fall of the military establishment and chanting slogans in support of the indigenous Berber movement.

Protesters in Tirana returned for the 4th day of protests after 25-year-old Klodian Rasha was murdered by police for violating quarantine to go and buy cigarettes. Intense clashes with police occurred, as over 80 arrests were recorded by the end of the night on various charges.
