Protesters in DC gathered in the early morning, with numbers of around 25, demonstrating in celebration of the defeat of President Trump in Georgia and Pennsylvania. No clashes occurred with police, and the protesters dispersed shortly after.
Thousands of farmers continued to gather at Ica, burning barricades in the Panamerican highway and effectively shutting down most travel in Peru. The cities of Parcona, San José de Los Molinos District, Santiago, Tate, and Pachacútec all had their access roads blocked, and Lima remained shut off from the rest of the country. Workers from the province of Pisco also went on strike, joining the Panamerican blockade in Ica.
