Police Attack Thousands of Colombians in Ibagué Protesting Tributary Reform

Thousands of protesters in Ibagué took to the streets against neoliberal policy in Colombia and the Tributary Reform, which would impose new taxes on basic goods and services including utility bills. Police attacked the demonstration with water cannons, also making random arrests of demonstrators.
