Hundreds of protesters took to the streets in the town of Facatativa, opposing the privatization of healthcare and police violence during a 5th day of demonstrations in Colombia. Police appeared to first join the protesters as a trap, and then tear-gassed and attacked the crowd violently.

Demonstrators also attacked the state policy of handing out the job of pensions to life insurance companies, which are widely viewed in Chile as negligent.
