Nurses in Middletown with Penna Nurses and Delaware Valley DSA went on strike to demand safer conditions, adequate staffing, and improved wages, after the beginning of a virulent increase of cases across the United States. Over 700 nurses joined the strike, that began across the area. The strike has no plan to end anytime before demands are met, and will continue through days or weeks if necessary.
