Protesters in London gathered for the annual Million Mask March in the hundreds, which gathered a quick response from police, who assaulted and kettled protesters in Trafalgar Square. Dozens were arrested, and the demonstration was broken up soon after.
Dozens of German anarchists in Stuttgart participated in the yearly noise demo at the JAV Stammheim, in solidarity with several political prisoners in the jail on various charges, from assaulting fascists to being members of the PKK, classified by the EU as a terrorist organization.
