Anarchists and other abolitionists turned out in a crowd of 150 people against the police, marching through BLM Plaza and other parts of Washington. Demands included the defunding or abolition of the MPD and the arrest of the officers responsible for the murders of Karon Hylton and Deon Kay. Demonstrators also condemned the lack of action seen by many before the celebrations of the victory of Joe Biden earlier the same day.
