20-35 demonstrators in Portland arrived at the ICE facility for a 144th day, with DHS agents and police under the Unified Command almost immediately bullrushing the crowd and arresting two protesters. No unlawful assembly was declared, even though the protest was dispersed very quickly. the charges were later thrown out.

Demonstrators in a town near Sidi Bouzid placed barricades and protested to demand a betterment of living conditions, clashing with police.
