Bikers rode all the way from Plaza Dignidad in Santiago to the National Mint against the current administration of Sebastian Piñera and the lack of condemnation for the 48 killed since the October Rebellion of late 2019. Attendance numbered at about 2-3,000 people.
Dozens of protesters in the Bonilla area of Antofagasta returned to the streets for a 2nd consecutive day, demanding amnesty for all political prisoners of the 18th of October Uprising. In spite of heavy repression and the Carabinero use of rubber bullets, demonstrators held strong for hours from afternoon till nightfall.
Hundreds of protesters took to the streets in Port-au-Prince demanding the resignation of American-backed President Jovenel Moïse, who they believe holds too much power, especially after he dissolved parliament over a year ago. Tires were burnt to create barricades, and clashes ensued that resulted in several injuries and arrests.
