Bikers rode all the way from Plaza Dignidad in Santiago to the National Mint against the current administration of Sebastian Piñera and the lack of condemnation for the 48 killed since the October Rebellion of late 2019. Attendance numbered at about 2-3,000 people.
Hundreds of protesters marched in Athens in support of free speech and assembly on university campuses, which has been placed under threat by the possibility of police being restored to universities for the first time since 1975. Police followed the protesting students into a park with small children, forcing everyone out of the area in riot gear.
Anarchists in Berlin occupied the Greek embassy in solidarity with Dimitris Koufontinas, a former member of the left-wing revolutionary group 17 November who entered a hunger strike on the 8th of January to demand his transfer to the Korydallos prison in Athens, where he would receive adequate medical care and access to visitors.
