Demonstrators for Revolution Now in Nigeria took to the streets in Abuja on the 8th of October to protest the political elite and the SARS elite police force that has been widely criticized for its brutality. The demonstrators were tear-gassed, and then shot with live rounds. One person was killed, and several more were hit. Outrage protests have begun across the country, mostly centered in the cities and neighboring towns around Abuja and Lagos.
