Dozens of Abolish ICE protesters gathered at the Bergen County Jail in solidarity with detained migrants inside, calling for their immediate release and amnesty even after the hunger strike ended. A speech was given by a detainee inside, who stated that he wished for nothing except to return to his family, before a dance session and speeches given by several activists before the demonstrators dispersed.
