40 Portland protesters turned out in front of the house of City Commissioner Dan Ryan, who voted no on defunding the police in the city. Demonstrators threw a flare, a paint balloon, and broke a window. The Unified Command responded immediately, forcing protesters on the sidewalk, but no activists were arrested. 1 member of the press was however taken into custody for unknown reasons.

Escalations began outside of local Hezbollah headquarters, with the military attacking protesters who responded by lighting barricades and throwing rocks.
