40 Portland protesters turned out in front of the house of City Commissioner Dan Ryan, who voted no on defunding the police in the city. Demonstrators threw a flare, a paint balloon, and broke a window. The Unified Command responded immediately, forcing protesters on the sidewalk, but no activists were arrested. 1 member of the press was however taken into custody for unknown reasons.
