Hundreds of Panamanian workers continued to strike across the country to demand a $500 stimulus for all, full wages paid during quarantine, and employment opportunities for the 7500 workers who have lost their jobs during the pandemic. Many also called for a moratorium on debt and rent, as well as the creation of interest-free loans.

Dozens of protesters in the town of Agia Paraskevi northeast of Athens took to the streets in solidarity with the Dimitris Koufontinas hunger strike, gathering at Mesogeion Avenue in numbers of around 60 people.
Hundreds of protesters took to the streets of Barranquilla in opposition to neoliberal policy in Colombia and the Tributary Reform, which would raise taxes on basic goods and services such as water, electricity, and internet bills, as well as the removal of government aid for lower-income workers.
Dozens of Abolish ICE protesters gathered at the Bergen County Jail in solidarity with detained migrants inside, calling for their immediate release and amnesty even after the hunger strike ended. A speech was given by a detainee inside, who stated that he wished for nothing except to return to his family, before a dance session and speeches given by several activists before the demonstrators dispersed.
Hundreds of protesters in Valparaiso marched on the National Congress of Chile while president Sebastián Piñera gave a State of the Nation address, demanding his immediate resignation and the release of all political prisoners of the 18th of October Uprising. Police repressed the demonstration, leading to widespread clashes and police violence throughout the day.
