Thousands of protesters took to the streets in Popayan against the privatization of healthcare and police violence in Colombia amid a general strike. Police attacked demonstrators after the main march occurred, resulting in clashes occurring at several points across the city.
Hundreds of German anarchists protested in Leipzig on 13.12, the famous numeric version of ACAB, against police, naming them as fascists in uniform. Riot police quickly gathered and cracked down on the protest, arresting at least a dozen before the rest dispersed.
