Protesters across Minsk, after participating in early rallies in the day, organized at least a dozen demonstrations and marches across the city against Lukashenko, numbering from a dozen people all the way to the thousands. The larger were organized by protest groups, while the smaller ones were by friend groups.

Over 1000 protesters in Minneapolis marched after the announcement that former police officer Derek Chauvin had been found guilty of all three counts of murder and manslaughter in the case of George Floyd, whose murder sparked massive protests worldwide and rocked the US. Demonstrators also chanted slogans against the National Guard, whose presence militarized Minneapolis in the weeks prior to the trial.
