Thousands of protesters in Pasto took to the streets against Colombian neoliberal policy and the Tributary Reform proposed by President Ivan Duque, which would impose taxes on basic goods and services such as electricity and water. Police tear-gassed the crowd, shooting a young woman in the head with a canister.
