Dozens of protesters in San Antonio took to the streets for a 2nd consecutive day as part of a port workers’ strike across Chile, demanding the government passage of a bill that would allow for individuals to withdraw 10% of their pension funds in a direct payment for a 3rd time during the COVID pandemic.
