Protesters in Portland were first dispersed by the police after an unlawful assembly was declared, with a few protesters arrested and the demonstrators pushed down the road. A man was later seen pointing a gun at a member of the press, then exiting his car to yell 'All Lives Matter!' at the crowd. No one was harmed during the altercation.
Over 200 protesters in Los Angeles turned out for Black Lives, organized by the Los Angeles People's Council, demanding the defunding of the LAPD by at least 50% if not 100. No major clashes occurred with police, although minor scuffles did occur.

Protesters took to the streets for a 130th day in Portland for Black Lives and against ICE. Demonstrators were assaulted repeatedly by police, with many injured and a few reported to be hospitalized. An ambulance was sighted going into the facility as well, most likely for one of the protesters.
Protesters demonstrated against pro-police billboards set up across the city by Portland Police Bureau affiliates, and destroyed a few. No major clashes with police occurred.

The police department has recently received much criticism for their handling of the murder of 18-year-old Deon Kay, upon which there was a lack of investigation.
A 50-strong black bloc in Seattle took to the streets to protest police brutality in the city. It was noted for its uniqueness due to the fact that it remained nonviolent, therefore wasting the resources of the dozen police that trailed them, leading to many recognizing it as a success.
Antifascist counterprotesters pushed out a Proud Boys rally in San Francisco which had an attendance of ~10 people. Counterprotesters arrived in the thousands, forcing the Proud Boys and their fans to evacuate the area.
