About 50 demonstrators at Capitol Hill in Seattle gathered to protest against Thanksgiving, smashing up a Starbucks and spray-painting slogans on the sides of businesses such as ‘Fuck the Banks!’. 3 arrests were made as the protest split up in 2 groups.
One group of about 15 people went through NE 43rd Street & University Way NE. and another 35 moving to Bellevue Avenue East and East Olive Way, blocking traffic until police arrived on the scene, making several arrests.
