Thousands of protesters clashed with police outside of the Electoral Commission in Tsibili, with water cannons being used and hundreds of injuries occurring. 8 opposition parties declared that they would boycott the Parliament after claims were made of widespread electoral fraud, and have called for mass civil unrest for a second election.
