Demonstrators marched across the NE Portland bridge, singing indigenous chants, then dispersing after stopping at the Army Corp of Engineers office to demand that Biden respect native tribes’ wishes to rid their lands of pipelines.

Demonstrators blocked roads using barricades and burning tires, pressuring the authorities to act with competence.
A protest took place on the 3rd of October in Washington D.C. to commemorate Wide Awakes Day, dedicated to turning out voters in a time when voter suppression is commonplace and many see voting as a waste of time that won’t cause change; about 600 protesters took part in the march, that went through the downtown of the city.
