On the 5th of October, at around 1 A.M., another demonstration took place against police, albeit far smaller. Police violently assaulted protesters, and then left after realizing that the situation would not escalate without their presence. Credit to Sergio Olmos for the filming.

Protesters took to the streets for the weekly Stonewall Black Trans Lives Matter march, which attracted hundreds in attendance. Police followed the demonstrators, but no major clashes occurred throughout the night, with the march ending peacefully.
