Police Kettle 100 at BLM March in Portland

Around 100 protesters gathered in Portland and marched through the Pearl District for a direct action march in solidarity with BLM. Police kettled the march, detaining the entire crowd they trapped and marking them with their legal names with duct tape on individuals’ chests.
