30 Greek anarchists gathered outside of a prison in the Cretan city of Chania, near the rural prisons of Agyia. Demonstrators lit sparklers, launched fireworks, and chanted slogans to let those inside know that there exist people fighting for a world without jails.

Massive protests engulfed the capital of Thailand, with many demonstrators being students and anti-monarchy activists. The crowds measured above 150,000 in attendance in Bangkok alone, and several clashes occurred with police after protesters insulted the queen, which in the Kingdom is punishable by life in prison.
Protests in Belarus are now held just as much by women as men, due to the brutal detention of women in Minsk, being tossed into unmarked vans by their hair and beaten en route to jail. Demonstrations are still concentrated in Minsk, but remain active nationwide.
