Riots rocked the French city of Tourcoing following a police operation in which motorcycles and scooters used for urban derbies were rounded up and seized by law enforcement, resulting in participants and fans clashing with police, throwing fireworks in response to the use of tear gas.
Athenian anarchists gathered at the Propylaea in solidarity with former 17 November member Dimitris Koufontinas, who entered a hunger strike on the 8th of January to demand his transfer to the Korydallos prison in Athens. Police attacked the demonstration, using tear gas and pepper spray against peaceful protesters.

Anonymous also hacked into the former president and widely-accused genocidal megalomaniac Alvaro Uribe’s website, with over 9,000 bots DDos-ing the website as soon as it did come back online.
Dozens of protesters in Santiago gathered at the Courts of Justice during the trial of 3 young men accused by police of burning down the Principado hotel, who if found guilty could serve multiple years in prison, more than they have already served in brutal pre-trial detention.
Chilean medical workers in Santiago marched through the Alameda, many from the Barros Luco Hospital on strike, demanding a better budget for the health sector and raises for those at the frontlines fighting the COVID-19 pandemic.
