Protesters took to the streets in Athens demanding the release of anarchists arrested in Galatsi, after a clash between demonstrators and police that led to multiple injuries. Greek anarchists are anticipating a larger event the next day, against the raiding of squats and autonomous refugee camps.

Hundreds of protesters gathered for a march in Elizabeth City demanding justice for Andrew Brown, an unarmed Black man killed by police with assault rifles, a day before his body would be put to rest. Groups from all over the region made a presence, with the march being one of the largest so far.
