Anarchists in Portland gathered in the hundreds to protest against the election results and the brutality of the Portland Police Bureau. The National Guard was called in to quell the protests, with at least 30 military vehicles spotted. Many demonstrators were arrested and injured.

Protesters took to the streets across Chile, with hundreds of thousands gathering in Plaza Dignidad and other squares. Millions celebrated the replacement of the constitution that was created by the Pinochet regime in a historic plebiscite, which gained 78% of the vote in approval of a new constitution for the Chilean people. Dozens of cyclists in Santiago took to the streets in solidarity with political prisoners of the uprising in Chile and against the right-wing neoliberal presidency of Sebastian Piñera. Police attacked the gathering, tear-gassing the cyclists and forcing them to flee the area.
Hundreds in Portland marched on the anniversary of the murder of Breonna Taylor, an African-American woman murdered by police in her sleep who used a no-knock warrant to break into and open fire into her house. The crowd numbered around 400, the largest seen in weeks, with street art seen across the Pacific Northwestern city.
