Protesters gathered in Amsterdam in solidarity with Abtin Parsa, an Iranian anarchist who fled Greece after being charged with being part of a criminal organization. Both countries are currently seeking to extradite him from the Netherlands, and protesters demand that he stay in the country for his own safety.

Dozens of port workers in Valparaiso took to the streets as part of a nationwide strike, demanding the government passage of the ability to withdraw 10% of a person’s pension fund in direct cash for a 3rd time during the COVID-19 pandemic. Thousands of protesters in Bristol clashed with police during a Kill the Bill demonstration in opposition to the restriction of the right to protest and the increase of police powers in Great Britain. Several police vehicles were torched, the police station’s windows were smashed, and fireworks were shot at the scene.
Around 15 protesters gathered at the East New York Amazon facility in solidarity with Alabama Amazon workers’ attempts to unionize, demanding that Amazon stop producing propaganda & surveillance to attempt to stop unionization from happening.
